Prepare the Coffee Filter
Start by heating the phin with hot water. This helps to maintain the temperature during the brewing process, ensuring a more even extraction. Discard the water once the filter is warm.

Add the Coffee and Condensed Milk
Place the 2 tablespoons of condensed milk at the bottom of your serving glass. Then, add the 4 tablespoons of ground coffee into the phin. Gently shake the phin to level the coffee grounds.
Bloom the Coffee

Place the phin on top of the glass with the condensed milk. Pour a small amount of hot water (around 10-15 ml) over the coffee grounds. This "blooming" step allows the coffee to swell, ensuring a better flavor extraction. Let it sit for about 30 seconds.
Brew the Coffee

Place the filter press (the small circular insert) on top of the coffee grounds. Gently press it down. Now, slowly pour the remaining 150 ml of hot water into the phin.
